Opie and Anthony Show intern Pat Duffy is a bonafide rock star when it comes to getting vomited on or brushing his teeth with dog crap. However, when it comes to his skills with women, he's a zero. Once again, we're pushing the disgusting factor on the Opie and Anthony Show to '11' by using excrement. Intern Pat Duffy, who will do ANYTHING, takes it upon himself to wipe some of Tippy Tom's petrified underpants crap on his upper lip making himself a wonderful poo moustache. Needless to say, everyone in studio pukes their guts out.

Pat Duffy, who will do ANYTHING for attention... or MOSTLY anything...for attention... chomps down on a live, hissing, big-ass Madagascar cockroach, brought in by a fan named Isaac. Apparently, it didn't taste too good.

Sam, who is the chief instigator on the staff of the Opie and Anthony Show, throws wadded up newspaper at intern Pat Duffy, who doesn't like having wadded up newspaper thrown at him... Pat Duffy lunges. Sam runs away. Then, Sam and Pat attempt to get close to one another so they can shake hands. That doesn't go great either.

At the luxurious XM Satellite Radio facility in New York, the staff of the Opie and Anthony Show has managed to capture a number of cockaroaches. Of course, when you have cockroaches, you have to make interns do things to them...like eat them or snort them, just like Pat Duffy and Cream Pie Jones did.
