WEIRD SCIENCE 2  (THE LOST SEQUEL)

This one didn't even go straight to video. It went straight to the trash bin, but was rejected by the other trash and was spit out, found by a bum, and later was restored to a  standard quality blank vhs, and deemed worthy of Porkolt, enjoy.
