That is a Boeing 720 cousin to the Boeing 707 - notice the front tip of the tail at top does not have a forward facing pitot tube.

Wht you don't see inside the cabin, though important to note is why you should place your head in your lap before impact (cards showing a set of crossed arms leaned against the headrest in front of you should be corrected). Overhaed bins detach and fall down, resting on top of the seatbacks. Always put your head lower than the top of the seatbacks.
